You must extract it from the page source of the URL specified on 3rd index (not from the URL itself). Go get that (which will be together with response headers), make a test string on 3rd index, put [src] as its value and make it to be Output, then run the bot and copy the text which will appear in the output box. And then you should test the strings against it in String builder.
If you don't know for what you're exactly looking for, then it will be much easier in this case to locate with Inspect element function in the browser the part of the page where token should be extracted, so you can see surrounding text and form a proper Regex from it (but be careful, the source you're copying from the browser could be in some cases different from the original you're getting in UniBot, because browser uses formatting on it so always do a double-check):
MikiSoft i want to replace the source with \r\n <a href="http://exc.10khits.com/surf?id=154768&token=e946059fd8b5f97a60ec6eb2ef7a54be" class="btn btn-success pull-right" target="_blank" id="surf_now">Surf Now</a> i get that what is that
Why would you want to do that? You just need this part from the source you've posted above: &token=e946059fd8b5f97a60ec6eb2ef7a54be" So instead of the token value you put (.*?) and that should be the Regex text you have to insert.
